I am slowly learning this bird, however I cant understand the ATS system. When I press it to show TO-N1 it starts immediately spooling up the engines, what am I doing wrong?

I have mapped a button to disengage the CL650 Auto Throttle, but I just spent an hour setting it all up only for this happen, then when I tried to re-engage the ATS for take off, it would only go to speed not TO-N1 and as such I had to reject the take off, because not enough power? 

 

What am I doing wrong, why is it going to take off power, my throttles are all the way back before I press it?
