[NEEDS USER ACTION] Challenger 650 CTD

Hello,

I just purchased the Challenger 650 and it keeps crashing my X-plane 11 to desktop.

I removed from the plugin folder: XPRealistic V2, ASXP, UWXP, and Pilotedge, then I tried to restart XP11 with the CL650 but I still got a crash to desktop.

I can see the plane in the list of planes menu. Under the weight and balance menu, the weight looks like there is a bug problem.
 

My pc specs: rtx 3090, i9-10900k @ 5.0ghz, 64GB of 3600mhz RAM.

Please do not use the weight and balance menu of x-plane, the aircraft is not designed to be interacted with in this manner. Please use the fuel truck fuel loader or the FBO and fuel request to manage weight and balance. if you experience another crash using the appropriate methods for payload and fuel please post that log here. If you still experience a crash please follow these steps:
