VR Move Around Cabin

Perhaps it is because I am new to x-plane (moved over for this aircraft from PSX) but I cant work out how to move about the Cabin in VR mode?  Any tips?

There has already been some suggestions already made. No real VR movements yet like in games. VR works best just sitting in the pilots seats for now.

I disabled the simulated walking around and wasd keys. I'm able to move around the A/C as I'd like with my regular keys.
