Issues with Rudder and Throttle (reverse) Saab 340

Good Afternoon, 
I purchased the saab 340 for xplane, I am having trouble with rudders( when i look inside the cockpit pedals move) in steering the aircraft. With the throttle I cannot activate reverse. Can someone help. Thank you

You have to lift the knob on the left door to enable steering its in the notes if you read them, as far as reverse options there are 2 its in the manual.
