settings for the TCA throttle quadrant

Hi, does anyone on this forum uses the Thrustmaster TCA series to fly with their 733 could share their axis settings?

I tried to use reverse thrust on the physical throttles , but rather than reverse, it gives full thrust.

Here's what I'm using... a bit sensitive on the reverse, but probably due to the small travel in the axis.
