Normal takeoff flaps are 15. I believe the values are the same for A/I and the altitudes since they are the indicated airspeed, which is already enough of an indicator of the aerodynamic situation.

The values are us follow:

- page 32: FLP 15 / ECS off / A/I off

- page 33: FLP 15 / ECS on / A/I off

- page 34: FLP 15 / ECS on / A/I on

- page 35: FLP 0 /  ECS off / A/I off

- page 36: FLP 0 / ECS on / A/I off

- page 37: FLP 0 / ECS on / A/I on
