Nudge Throttle

I know about the friction knob (which would help ignore input from a slack joystick) - anyone know of a way to nudge the throttle for a stiffer joystick (when trying to get closer to 98% torque etc)?

(keyboard combo or button press)

It works - but it seems to increase or dec more than 1% at a time...

I wish the motion under friction was about 1/10th what it is now. It's a great system they added but the throttle still moves too quickly.
