Flight plan menus navigating

Hi All

Is there any way of increasing the time for the display of the flight plan menus 'for example when i click on FPL THE MENUE WINOW POPS UP FOR ABOUT 3 SECONDS then disappears which does not give me time to navigate the menus for example MAP/WPT/NRST/FLP/SYS/LST.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
