Hearing ATC issue

Hello,

I am trying so I apologize in advance, I cannot hear the ATC. I have read some other similar topics in the forum but the answers I followed have not solved the issue.

I have my speakers up to 80%, XP11 Sound comm radios 100%, ATC verbal and text selected, and the LES Saab toolbar sound up and all external sound reduced.

I can only hear my read back and not the initial ATC instructions both verbal or the text.

I am running XP11 11.41 and I just bought the Saab last month.

you need to manipulate the audio panel, captain's left hand side. Just below the side window. increase the required sliders. comms + speaker

Thank you for your quick involvement! I didn't know they, the sliders were there, I feel silly. This is such a deep learning curve and I thought since I have been around since MS95 days I could do it by myself......THANK YOU!
