X Activation SAAB 340a

Hi,

 

being new to this site and X Plane 11, I hope somebody can give me a steer.  I recently purchased the LES SAAB 340a from X-Activation.  However, when I try to activate the product throuh their installer App and add my email adress in the box as requested, I keep getting an error code that tells me to spesify a value.  The box is clearly for my email adress.  Has anybody come across this before?  I have left two messages with X-Activation but have not heard back as yet.

Change your windows font to 100% and run the installer...

Search in the control panel, I think it’s under the display settings
