X aviation activation

I have installed sky maxx pro v4 and real weather connector from x aviation.

I am entering my details to activate via gizmo pop up but never activates just endlessly keeps trying. 

Can anyone help me.  I have attached gizmo log.

I figured this out.  Do you have bit defender if you do disable then activate.  It worked fine for me.
