Fly keep in mid-air and turn it around

If I keep it in mid-air (without pausing) and turn it around, sometimes the plane is like when I leave it, but sometimes the PFD and MFD  are off and I can not turn them on and I have to leave the flight even if I tighten the main generator reset button or the standby alternator reset button, because I can not think of another solution to turn them on.
