737 IXEG Licence Problem

My name is Pedro, i have the 737 IXEG, and i reinstalled Windows 10 and i have my licence Blocked.

I sent an email to x aviation support and i have no answer.

Si. Demoran en contestar. Pero te darán una respuesta.

Fijate en el archivo log.txt del X-Plane si aparece alguna incompatibilidad entre algún plugin y el IXEG.
