No more mouse handle in 11.10

In XP 11.10 the mouse pointer doesn't switch to an hand when I move it over each lever/button...it stays as an arrow...even if I click each command as before.

Don't know if it's an issue on my side or what.

I think it is a XP issue. Try to click on the view menu, but dont select anything, and click back in the cockpit again. That normally solves it.
