I started ready to fly and the engines werent spinning the displays werent working i couldnt press anything and the side menu for ground handling and airplane settings wasnt showing. -jack Quote
mmerelles Posted June 15, 2017 Report Posted June 15, 2017 gizmo plugin included with the aircraft is not working, this could be due to: -You antivirus blocked and/or quarantined gizmo executables -Your aircraft installation is incorrect -there is some issue with your aircraft activation key. Can you please attach (do not copy/paste, attach) your log.txt file found on you xplane root folder after you tried to use the aircraft? Quote

mmerelles Posted June 15, 2017 Report Posted June 15, 2017 1. load xplane and try to use the ixeg aircraft. it will not work as per your description. Close xplane 2. here when you replay there is an option on the bottom part of the text field that says "choose files" (this is to attach files), navigate your hard disk folders to the destination were you have xplane installed, select the file "log.txt" to attach. Having the log file we can see why the aircraft is not working Quote
