My APU isn't working could someone help out a newbie?

Hey guys so I am relatively new to the 737 Classic I started watching some tutorials on how I could get the bird started from cold and dark. The problem is every time it comes down to starting up the APU its not working I click it down for 4 seconds let go and then still nothing is happening ive tried this process over and over with the correct procedures before hand. The real question is, is this a bug or am I getting something completely wrong? thanks for any answers in advance

Hi,

You didn't specify which version of X-Plane you're running... I'm guessing 11. This is a known issue with this plane in XP11 as it is not officially (currently) supported in XP11.

You can try the quick fix in planemaker...

Note that you only need to tick the first checkbox...
