Mitsubishi MU-2 by X-Scenery

Hi

Hoping someone can help... 

I purchased the MU-2 from X-Aviation and downloaded the installation software.  When I tried to install the MU-2 I got the following error message:

“Installer payload initialisation failed- possible incomplete or corrupt download file”
 

I tried the download link again thinking perhaps the file had not transferred correctly while in transit but the result was the same.  I submitted a Support ticket to X-Aviation on 31 March 2017 but have not yet had a response.  

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, was there a solution?  I use an iMac, running OS Sierra 10.12.4
