Cant use ixeg 737 after reinstalling my mac

Hello.
I had reinstaled my mac.

After I installed x-plane and ixeg 737-300 I can not  use the instruments in 3D mode

I see only two pilots 

How do I fix this problem,

It seems you upgraded to SIERRA?

 

Sierra is not compatible with Gizmo plugin which is required for the aircraft to work. You have 2 options

-Rollback to el capitan

-Install Gizmo beta plugin under development to make it compatible to sierra
