Trouble with preference menu

Hi, when I pull up the preference menu, i see "do you want winglets on your plane?, head shaking simulation?,etc. but I see no choices or circles to click. In the ground services menu I see the choices and the circles. I have tried to change my settings and restart the sim multiple times, no luck. Please help.

please attach your "log.txt" file found on your xplane root folder.

 

I have seen this behaviour your describee from people that use low end underpowered Intel hd integrated 4000 graphics cards that are not supported. But not to speculate, please attach your log file, maybe something else is going on here.

Exactly my problem, so what do I do?

i think there is no solution for the intel hd 4000 series  the graphic card you have is not capable of rendering what is required.

 

what hardware exactly do you have?
