After 1.0.7 (Update to the update) AC not following FMC

I've tried this several times, approaches to 20 at PHOG, and 09 at KSAN, all with the same results. The aircraft will not follow an FMC directed approach. On a Mac, If it makes any difference. I've decided it's best to go back to the 1.0.5 version for the time being.
