hi guys, I just posted a funny yet serious update re. my new monitor at the blog below, and paid Goran a big compliment - the Duchess gauges look amazing with a bigger screen. Nice glass textures Theo!

feel free to make me jealous and tell me if u have a bigger/ better screen setup! you'll see my messy cramped desk. hmmm, can I fit 2 by 27s on it? Irrelevant, wife would kill me'..

Dang Simon, that's one hell of a screen! I'll stick to my 23 inch and my projector  :o

There's no denying that big screens help immersion in a sim. However, I have some side projects that require pro-level, calibrated color accuracy. That's hard to get in super large large sizes without spending a fortune, and the refresh rates for monitors in that class tend to be too slow for running games and flight sims. So right now I'm stuck at 21". But man, the colors are nice...
