About This File

ATR72-500 Royal Thai Air Force livery (for McPhat ATR)

By Leen "Flybike "de Jager

This is a livery paint for the McPhatstudios ATR 72-500.

I could not withstand the temptation of doing a livery for the McPatstudios ATR72-500 myself.

Its a big challenge to give an McPhat-plane something extra.

For this one I created my own version of the paintkit ( another paintkit than the one I published earlier)

The object files are edited ( I asked and got permission from McPhatstudios to do so and publish them) and have some features who are needed for this livery .

So, if you already edited the OBJ files according to my instructions as published a while ago , please do replace them by the ones from this upload.

They are full compatible with all default and other custom- liveries.

This livery features;

Extremely detailed e.g. propellors, stairs and wheels.

Bright and almost clean appearance.

More detail on wingtips , pitots etc.

Front door at the right side (just optical, stays closed) dito inside.

Cockpit emergency extit (just optical outside, stays closed)

No leaking light on front and rear-door at night.

How to install:

Unzip to a temp folder.

Place the folder LDJ-Royal Thai Airforce in the liveries folder of the ATR.

Make a backup of the main objects folder of the aircraft.

Then place the files from the objects folder of this download into the main objects folder.
