This is a livery for the Alabeo Beech D17 "Staggerwing".

G-BRVE

This aircraft is currently part of the The Fighter Collection fleet and based in England, and in its past once belonged to Pink Floyd front man David Gilmour. The history of this D17S can be found here: http://fighter-collection.com/cft/beech-d-17s-staggerwing/

This is a repaint of textures provided by Alabeo, and includes a replacement texture for the interior to remove a lot of the scratches and damage, and remove the yoke and roof strut shadows that were painted on.

Great job Chobber.

 

As I can see, the hawk or falcon pinstriping (wich is closer to era accuracy than after-restoration-modern-parallel-bars) over the yellow fuselage livery has been done.

Just received my X-Plane 10 package yesterday and the D17 will be the very first one to fly.

Within a week I will be able to see the interior.
