Push on the knob to deactivate the cursor, then turn the inner knob. Page selection only works with the cursor deactivated.

Red lever must be fully backwards, not forward. Full forward will introduce fuel and flood the engine in no time...

Hotstart UI Guide Chapter 5.6: Left & Right wing { the core wing structures (spars and ribs). The wings can ex to some degree, but if over-stressed will break and result in wing separation. Once damaged or destroyed, the wing core cannot be repaired. The aircraft has to be discarded and a new airframe constructed using the Airframe Manager.
