Go to the local map, or skyvector.com and find the ILS frequency of the runway you want to land. Enter that into the NAV1 radio and set your nav source to NAV1. Once lined up with the runway and at 3,200 feet AGL, (assuming you want the glideslope, just hit APPR, and let the plane land. At 10 feet AGL, the A/P will dissengage and assuming you can properly descend 10 feet, you will have a successful autoland landing, This is the procedure for most planes with an autoland function.

^^ Seconded. Helicopters offer much more possibilities. You can land anywhere, and fly pretty fast. Quite fun, with some practice. If you insist on a plane, I would very much recommend the DC-3. I do not have the T-28 or the Chipmunk, but the DC-3 flies real nice and has a good vintage feeling. Very good textures, systems, and modeling. Plus the developers don't ditch their bird. Have fun, and make a choice that suits you.

I'd recomment, for the first heli, to get the Mi2, or the MD902.The S-92 is probably the easiest heli I have in my hanger. Quite stable and a nice heli to fly.

Well if Carlos could make me a 2D cockpit for it (even if its just a very basic one) there is NO doubt I would get it.
Just asking, why do you want a 2d pit? Preformance, or more realism.

Its on sale. I just might buy it!

BWolf7,
Fantastic shots with the new chopper and new airfield! They seem to pair very well.
Thanks!
