So to answer my own question. Well I did some more digging and it looks like that Navigraph is geared towards the flight simulator community and they use Jeppesen as their Navdata source. Now that is pretty durn cool-I am impressed. I used Jep for my Pilot Class way back in the early 80s. I am retired and will have to save up for the annual fee if I decide to go that route.

@PilsThank you for the reply. So Navigraph is like a sole-source supplier of navdata (globally) then and not something that USGS etc. supplies?

So Laminar does not ever update this, ever; and the only way to do it is to buy a subscription? Why is this?
