In 10th July 2023 I purchased two products: TOGA Simulations MU-2 Marquise v2 ($64.95) and RealSimGear G500 Avionics Suite ($54.95).I could not do the download. I have already opened two complaints tickets, the last one 14/07/23, and did not received any answer from X-Aviation support. Today is 26th July 2023! In the customer page says "We will reply as soon as we are able and will endeavor to reply within 3 days, but usually quicker"
X-Aviation do not have customer service phone. What can I do ? Some one can help ?
