I submitted a support ticket four or five days ago, but I haven't received any communication or acknowledgment from the X-Aviation support team. I understand that they might be dealing with a high volume of requests, but the lack of response is starting to become a concern for me.
I'm wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience or can provide some guidance on what to do in this situation. Should I wait a bit longer for a response, or would it be advisable to submit another ticket in case the first one was missed?
