Did you ever found a fix for this? I now have the same issue. It started without any change on the plane or X-Plane. No remarks in the Log. At first the wings (only the top) are white and then slowly gain color. The texture of the underside of the wings and the Sharklets are loading instant. As every other part of the plane.
