    I did contact but received no reply. I ended up making a new account and purchased the torquesim sr22 again but when I tried to activate it on my sim, it still says machine ID locked. I emailed them so now just waiting on a reply. Hopefully the issue can be resolved or at least I can get a refund on this new account.

    Um weird scenario. For some reason every time I want to install a plane off x-aviation like the torquesim SR22, it requires me to log in then do a authorization. So right I did it 3 times alr over 1 year on the same computer and it forces me to deactivate one computer out of the 3 (All of which are the same computer). Is there any way I can get around this because now I cant activate any of my planes as they are blocked
