NEVERMIND SORRY I had the elevator trim on my joystick slightly moved so it was constantly adjusting trim, now working just fine!!!

I am running through the tutorial but am having a lot of trouble with the altitude. I follow the instructions about setting the altitude etc but when I take off, climb and then turn on the autopilot, it flies me into the ground. It looks like the elevator trim is constantly adjusting but the vertical climb bug goes straight to the bottom. It wont even hold altitude if I use the altitude button to hold alt....HELP
