  1. my windshield seems to ice up just fine. It takes freezing rain to make it happen.
  2. This is what it should look like when you start to ice up.7
  3. The icing will appear on all of the flight surfaces. You have to be in the moist air and below freezing of course. It's not instant. It builds just like the real thing, I've been flying sims and real planes for decades. The TBM models ice better than anything I'v flown. What I did was look online for nasty weather using this https://www.aviationweather.gov/icing then fly in it. Just leave autopilot on and set the throttle. Don't touch the throttle, stay in level flight. Once the airplane slows down or you noticed the trim moving more and more to maintain altitude and speed, then ice is building. peak out and look at the leading edges of the wings, stab and rudder. then turn on the anti ice and watch the ice blow off. Enjoy!
  4. First, let me say that THIS is the most incredible aircraft I've ever seen in any flight sim and I've been simming 30 years. This is AMAZING!!!! The icing effect is one of a kind. I can't seem to find the weight planing page. I've seen photos of it but can't pull it up for some reason. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, its in this PDF file on page 264 http://static.garmin.com/pumac/190-02348-00_B.pdf Thanks so much for such an incredible airplane. Real ice on the wings, circuit breakers and the only wear and tear over time scenario with maintenance in the sim world all blow my mind. I'd love to beta test for you in the future on any project.
