Exactly my problem, so what do I do?

My graphics card is Intel hd, but is there some way I could still fix this?

Hi, when I pull up the preference menu, i see "do you want winglets on your plane?, head shaking simulation?,etc. but I see no choices or circles to click. In the ground services menu I see the choices and the circles. I have tried to change my settings and restart the sim multiple times, no luck. Please help. Thanks, -Nick
