Hello, My HD crashed and when attempting to download the IXEG 737 again, my account page indicated that I had to request a new download link. I went on the X-Aviation site, signed on to my account and requested a new link, while submitting my order number on the suggested form. After 2 weeks as I was not sure that the request was received, I sent another request all the while, not receiving any confirmation that you received the first request. I have waited about a month from the 1st request with no response. I find it difficult to believe that with today's technology that it would take this long to respond in some form to my request. I have been looking on the forum and have noticed that others have had the same issue. I also have been looking in my spam folder since the second request again with no response. If someone could please assist me, I would really appreciate it. Please let me know what information you are in need of or if there is anything I can assist with in expediting this request. Jan, Based on your reply, I just figured it out. I mistakenly mapped it that function to a different key when attempting to assign a key to a different function. Just changed the mapping, and now it works!! Thanks so much for your help! Peter

Hello...yes, the cutoff switch does not move any further down...just did a clean reinstall and same problem.

When attempting to shut off engines, right engine shuts off however left engine remains on even when fuel is cutoff.
