Maybe you're right but this is not an acceptable answer. If Xaviation impose an activation process they have to provide a re-activation process. If they are not able to do it theirself they have to provide an online process to customers or remove it. Moreover if they are able to do an activation process they have to be able to do the same for reactivate a product. Hi guys, Waiting one week to reactivate a product is absolutely not fair play. Website down, smtp relay down, helpdesk system from another century. no online activation process like every other publisher... I love you guys from IXEG, your work is amazing but your partner is not professional. This plane was my third and last purchase from this website. Cheers

Hi, Your website seems to be down for three hours (error: This site can’t be reached), so I post here, apologies if this place is not appropriate. I just tried to install again the 733 from IXEG but I already used all my activation count. Because of an win10/xp10/nvidia issue I've tried to reinstall the 733 three times last week... Now I'm back on win7, everything works but I can't activate anymore this aircraft. Could you please help me? Thanks for your help guys. PS: my order id is 38956.

Guys, a big thanks for this amazing plane! Just a question, I know that custom waypoints are not yet implemented, but is the fix info page is functional? I tried to use it but I was not able to add some fix, like runway or navaid. eg LFKJ, IS can be added but not AC, dont know why. Also what is correct syntax to add runway? I tried LFKJ20, RW20... but can not add runway. Cheers (and sorry for my poor english)

Hi, First, thanks for this aircraft, amazing work! I noticed that the missed apch vector displayed on the ehsi is very very very long, sometimes more than 1000nm (attached screenshot LFKJ ils 02z, vector from Ajaccio to Casablanca). Is it normal? Cheers,
