hello there i tryed down loading the reno hd last night on 2 different internet connection s would nt finish the down load it kept timing out and ect is there any ways you guys can send it to me by Flash drive ????????????????????????? if Not then can you Refund my money i am pissed off at this hole process I am not taking my anger out on Peoplehere i just Have had enoughf iWant a refund and i ve had a bad experience here this is sad and very discutted with the hole things so ?????????? i f nothing is done 2 help me forces my hand with Legal action of some sort...................

hello ive Lived out my suspension right and Now that i have Not received any support at all in 5 days No comtact at all i really feel horrible i m sorry about my attitude i had to the ppl here i just would wish some one would help me with the software issues , i guess not witch forces my hand maybe some sort of Legal action will be taken if i don't get help or a refund Not having a attitude here just Being up front and real software don't work digitally then it isnt very cool 2 just leave a customer hanging . that Probably why i wont be purchasing any other software.

Well that draws the line im going 2 put a hold on a charges and demaned my money back worth less crap serriously i dont have time 2 wait a day or so really not patience wen it comes 2 software that should work you just Lost a customer

Well i disagree sir i been more then patient Yes i have waited 5 days no answer 1 2 i ve tryed alot of things rebooting my pc reset my modems 5 times and turn off win fire wall i cant get the scenery real 2 down load sir can you guys give me insite 2 the issues ?????????????

that bull crap i m sorry i t not right to leave a customer hanging for days im at my white end will be contacing bank n put hold on funds very dis chuted with this place with your sceney products and want a total refund of 29.95 $ Not putting up with this bull crap any more.

hello there still having issues trying 2 get reno Hd Working ??? enahanced i am feed up with the Lameness of No support No return there is no excuse it s sad that the installer is not working a 1 my internet is fine 2 blame my connection im tired of people blaming me wen it may intirely be on your guys shoulder i pay good money for the product not to work is a horribble experience plz be willing to get this soulotion fixed or i want a full refund and i have no problem leaving a negative feedback about your company. so Let get this fixed i dont have time in my life or sim time to be messin around with issues ..

i just bought reno carson city hd enhanced and wen i went to down load it the flippin server is down 2 down load it from can some one help me with this isssue since i bought this and i kinda am t off that somthin i bought doesnt work frustrating plus it new yrs day witch is a ,,, of timing i s horribble for this 2 happen i want tol et ya know the server is down or somthing ive tryed 2 download the scenery and it not down loading giving me a error message saying cant connect and yes ive turned off windows fire wall and every thing.... so can some one help me plz ???????????
