Problem solved.....It was Norton Anti virus blocking the web access. But thanks for the quick response Cameron.

Same result after installing V3 (XA_activation: Corrupt license data from server.) attached new log.txt Log.txt GizmoLog.txt

I had not opened Xplane in a couple of months. So when I received the upgrade offer I decided to To update Xplane first to the current V10.42. After the update I ran X plane, and after Xplane loaded the SMP 2.1.1 activation screen popped up an just keeps spinning (callback error from the server). Do I need to fix the activation issue or can I just uninstall v2.1.1 and goto v3.0? Thanks Tim Attached Log.txt just in case. Log.txt
