  1. I've been trying to duplicate the same issue that I explained in my prior post (ie. upon loading - sinking plane into the runway, fire, freeze). Unfortunately, without any luck. If I can duplicate the issue, and iterate through the process I used to fully resolve the issue, I will let you know. Apologies. Specs: MacBook Pro M3 Max 64GB Sequoia v15.3.2
  2. I had this issue happen to me as well. My Torquesim SR22TN kept sinking into the ground, runway, etc. until it froze. As you, I also tried to reinstall without any luck. What appears to have resolved it for my case was to ensure that the CG was in limits. In xp12 I chose the Torquesim Cirrus SR22TN, clicked on customize, chose "failures" and chose to resolve all failures. Then I clicked on "weight, balance & fuel", and verified that the total weight did not exceed the max weight and that the CG was within limits (verify the slider at the top). In addition, I clicked on the Torquesim button (red pop-up hamburger button) on the left side, chose "aircraft" and then verified that the CG was in limits. Once I did all this, I rebooted xp12, chose the SR22TN again, and it seemed to load without any problems. Hope you get this issue resolved. Good luck.
