  1. I had several problems with the previous Gizmo in XP10, W7 x64, including loss of keyboard and specific issues with the LES DC-3. I've been running this new Gizmo for a while now without anything untoward. Thanks to Ben, or whoever! John
  2. Still nothing? John
  3. Hello! I am having big problems with the DC-3 in w7 x64. I just installed the v.1.4 update but I had the same problems before. Main diffs are assigning and calibrating axes, buttons and views. Result is very poor takeoff performance and impossibly erratic control. Also, the button controlled views which I set up don't open as they should. I use a CH Eclipse yoke/throttle combo. Is this plane 64 bit compatible? If it is, has anyone any idea what on earth I am doing wrong? Thanks! John
  4. Any thoughts, Cameron? John
  5. ...just in case here is the GizmoLog.txt GizmoLog.txt
  6. Thanks again. File attached. John Log.txt
  7. Thanks. I should have said that when I load the sim (with LES DC-3 as default) it says Gizmo is in test mode. When the countdown timer reaches 0 the popup says Gizmo is disabled. I think I must be missing some vital step. John
  8. I am newish to X-plane. I run it in W7 x64. I updated to v 1.4 and now notice a Gizmo popup bottom right with a countdown timer. The purpose of this is not clear to me. When I click on the popup I get options for more information or to write a script. I ignore this and carry on setting up my flight. After a while I get a log screen with details of various routines performed by Gizmo. None of this makes any sense to me. Questions: 1. Should I be doing something I am not doing with this gizmo? I presume it is needed otherwise it would not be included in the download. I notice there is a payware version - do I need it? 2, Am I doing something wrong with the LES DC-3 which prompts a Gizmo report? Thanks! John
