problem installing sky maxx pro v3

i just purchased sky max pro v3 and when i open the installer it tells me its corrupt and or the download wasnt downloaded properly.. i dont know what to do or how i can install it.

i cant even download it again x aviation doesnt give me an option to download it again please help

I had the same issue until I discovered that my antivirus (avast free) somehow interfered and broke the download. I disabled it and was able to use my last download left. Contact XA support to let them reset your download count.

I am having the same issue mentioned above. When trying to run the installer, it opens the X-Aviation logo like its about to do its thing, then this message pops up. "There has been an error. Installer payload initialization failed. This is likely due to an incomplete or corrupt downloaded file." I have tried re-downloading  with antivirus turned off. I have also deleted all existing skymaxx files/uninstallers and silverlining to no avail. If anyone has any other ideas that would be awesome, I feel like I've exhausted any options that I know of..

Use the contact addy as a normal email, i used gmail now, i didn't get errors off the aviation support though, but i didn't get an instant number off it either

After several days of waiting i emailed and almost instantly got a number ;-)

in fact i check emails now as i'd of saved it for sure .............phew, found it ............. support@x-aviation.com

Thanks for the help, I figured it out through another thread. It appears that the file needed to be extracted using something other then 7Zip. Easy fix!
