Playback issues with voice while XP10 is running

Hello

I haven't been flightsimming for around a year and a half. I suddenly got the urge to get going again, and decided now was the time to try out xplane, as a lot of interesting new content is coming out right now, or very soon. Anyway, I really like XP and, though it has taken a bit of learning, I now have it running nicely with a few addons. Love the built-in camera system! :)

I fly on the online networks though, and I'm having massive trouble doing so in xplane!

First thing to solve was the issue, that apparently everybody has, with x-IVAP not connecting properly to Teamspeak2 (used for ATC/radiocomms on IVAO). If I use the freq in the radio to tune stations, it never works. If I use the acars / x-ivap GUI it works sometimes (like 50/50). Many times I have to look in the ATIS to see which voiceserver the station is on, and connect manually in TS2... Okay, I can live with that, though it's irritating. Apparently it's a known issue, and there does not seem to be anything to do about it.

Here's my main problem though. When xplane is running, the playback in Teamspeak2 is so choppy, laggy and of bad quality that I can't actually hear what on earth the controllers are saying to me. Many times I have to revert to text, and then I might aswell fly offline... I tried connecting to VATSIM instead which has a VoIP system built into the client, but that seems to produce the same issue.

Here's a sample:

1: Listening to Bremen Radar while XP10 is running: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7181986/1.wav

2: After closing XP10, everything is fine. Nothing else was changed, and this is recorded 20 seconds later: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7181986/2.wav

Things I have already tried:

-Different audio modes, different codecs, different sound quality and different bandwith options in TS2. No change.

-Running TS2 as admin and in compatibility mode.
-Different audio devices; G35 USB headset, analog headset, speakers. No change
-Turning off audio enhancements in playback devices in windows. No change
-Different headset and audio drivers. No change
-Different CPU affinity settings between XP10 and TS2. (1, 2 and 3 processors assigned to one process, the other gets the rest...) Slight to no change?
-DIfferent process priority settings. (XP10 low, TS2 high or realtime) Slight to no change?
-Pulling out plugins from XP10. No change
-Changing video settings in XP10. No change
-Turning off sound in XP10. No change.
-Trying out different versions / builds of OpenAL .dll's No change. (And broke the sounds in my B732   :D )
-Trying out older version of TS2. (2.32 is the "standard". v.2.31 and v2.29) No change.

Interestingly, the only thing I can do to xplane, to "solve" this issue, is being in the select aircraft menu. But I won't fly far that way. :D

I'm going MAD because of this issue (and bald, from pulling my hair out..), and I can't for the life of me solve it. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and how did you solve it?

To be honest, IVAO's implementation of XP is a bit lackluster, and I'm really looking forward to the new client that's in development...

System specs:
I5 760 @3,8ghz

GTX760
12gb ram
Asus P7P55D motherboard

Windows7 64bit

Any help appriciated!
Lasse
