Irritating ATC chatter during flights

Hello,

Every time i fly near Dublin, Ireland, i get this annoying ATC message over the speakers and i can not turn it off, no matter what I do. It just repeats itself over and over again. Suggestions?

Simply change your radio frequencies in your plane, and no more ATC! Not sure why I didn't think of that in the first place...
