Custom scenery - removing tower on approach path

I've loaded some scenery packs into my 'custom scenery' folder.

One of my favourites in the excellent ISDG pack of YPAD. But there's a conflict somewhere because a very tall tower has appeared on the approach path to RWY 23.

I've attached my .ini file for the gurus to pick apart!
