Severe Stuttering

Recently, I have experienced severe stuttering with x-plane 10. So much that it is not flyable now. I have used the same rendering setup for well over a year now with no problems until now. I have tried numerous planes and x-plane continues to stutter with all of them. My driver is up to date. I even tried going back a few drivers and still experienced the same issue. I am wondering if 10.41 or 10.42 has caused this?

 

Is anyone experiencing the same issues?  I am attaching my log file if that helps.

PS I forgot to mention, I am getting fine FPS so that should not be the issue.
