Ortho4Xp scenery question

Hello,

 

I heard that besides G2XPL, there is another great photo scenery tool for X-plane called Ortho4xp. 

 

I could not find where to download Ortho4xp. Could someone please give me a link for the program itself and some kind of tutorial?

 

And please don't tell me to just use G2XPL, my question is specifically about Ortho4Xp.

OK, I have looked through the thread. 

However, I didn't find a 23-bit version anywhere in there.

Is there a 32-bit version with its own manual for Ortho4xp?
