gunner Posted August 13, 2015 Report Share Posted August 13, 2015 (edited) I have sent this information to the X-Aviation store, but I thought someone on the forum may have had this problem and would be able to help. I purchased the DC-3 this morning and after downloading, I proceeded to attempt to install the aircraft. I get to the screen where it requests, "Please provide your X-Aviation customer details." but on this screen there is no area to input this information. If I attempt to click on "next" to move to the next screen, I get a message "You need to specify a value." So there is no way I can proceed with the install. Thanks for your help. haroldw Posted August 18, 2015 Report Share Posted August 18, 2015 I am having exactly the same problem. I have reported this and I have been given a ticket #CP9EB but nothing else has happened. Obviously this is a simple problem to solve so why am I still awaiting a reply???? Hope this gets the speedy response that your query received.
