It's the VSKYLABS D.H.88 Comet giant scale (~3.1m wingspan) RC model airplane.
('Scratch-Built RC Legends' 2015 project).

Cruise speed is about 80 Knots, Stall speed is slow as ~20 Knots, so exploring areas is almost like as with an Ultralight aircraft, but limited to 15-20 minutes because of it's fuel tank...
