kingpieman Posted March 7, 2015 Report Posted March 7, 2015 Hi, guys a bit slow of me but I've just realized that I have jagged edges on my objects and that the distance looks a bit pixelated. As you can see in the circles that i have drawn on the picture below there are still jagged edges despite HDR being turned on and the anisotropic filtering being turned to max (settings in picture). I need help with this cause the sim looks kinda fake and looks like I haven't got high settings. My graphics card is the MSI gaming GTX750Ti. Also I have uninstalled my graphics driver etc and re installed them to find the same thing. Thanks guys for your help. Also I have screen tearing which may also be part of the problem, I average out at 40 fps usually but it frequently drops down to 30 or 20 for a split second. Quote
Peter T. Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 I suggest increasing the anti-aliasing level above 2x SSAA + FXAA Quote
FloB Posted March 9, 2015 Report Posted March 9, 2015 (edited) I doubt a gtx750ti can handle 4xSSAA at hd resolution. But give it a try. What you see is perfectly normal. Try not to focus on it (unless you want to buy a new GPU anyway). If you do focus on it it will drive you crazy. To avoid screen tearing you have to enable vsync in your driver settings. kingpieman Posted March 9, 2015 Author Report Posted March 9, 2015 Ok thank you guys for the advice. By my driver settings will it be in nivida inspector ???? Quote
FloB Posted March 9, 2015 Report Posted March 9, 2015 NVI is of no use for XPlane, but yes.Without NVI it would be the NVIDIA settings. F. Quote
