With difficulty.

The CRJ-200 uses it's own Flightplan format, the first few lines of one  looks something like this:

So you would need EFASS or someone to include an "addon" that can Export or produce CRJ-200 format flightplans.

I suggest you contact http://froom.de/forum/ to see if they wish to try and include that function.
