Dual Boot Sharing (Windows/Linux)

Hi, I have my system set up as Dual booting Win7 and Mint17 just to try X-Plane10 under linux.  I've had XP10 installed for a few months now under Win7 and have it configured the way I like and have just completed a clean install under Mint17.  My question is, what is the best way to get my settings over to the new install? Should I copy the entire Xplane folder or are there specific files I can copy for joystick/button settings?  Obvious I will copy my custom scenery and plugins folders over.  Is there anything else I should copy?

Thanks
